I hand made these, stitching them together with needle and waxed thread. Each slice has 2 protective clear coats on them and on the bark to add shine and protect it.

Each journal has 42 separate writable surfaces, including the end pieces which are attached wood round. The paper I used is 140 lb. Master's Touch cold press watercolor paper. The average width of each one is 4 1/2 inches. As the covers of this book are natural tree branch slices, each one is totally unique and different, the one you receive may not be exactly like the ones pictured here, but they will be roughly the same size. Some have more bark than others, owing to the nature of completely organic materials.
